ITEM DESCRIPTION:
5 Speed Transmission assembly for
200cc & 250cc
CG & CB style
Loncin, Lifan, Chongqing & Zongshen made (163FML, 169FML,
167FMM)  engines (see below) found on various Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Buggies, Trikes, etc...
NOTE:
You will notice 6 gears; This is because the kick start gears are located on the transmission shafts (the two gears nearest to the clutch).
NOTE:
Some of these engines use a 4 spd trans w/ reverse found in some ATV & Trike applications.
NOTE:
The CG engine is an overhead valve version of the Honda CB engine. The main difference is the Honda engine has an overhead cam. This trans may work on some OEM Honda engines but I have not been able to verify it. As always... carefully
compare pictures & gear counts to be sure this one will work for you.

1st gear:
32t x 11t, 2.90 ratio
2nd gear:
28t x 15t, 1.87 ratio
3th gear:
25t x 17t, 1.47 ratio
4th gear:
23t x 20t, 1.15 ratio
5th gear:
21t x 22t, .95 ratio
